Product owner for Mobile/Tablet Web Sites & Android News App. Oversee, manage and lead cross-disciplinary teams for all development efforts on the tactical level. Guide mobile strategy around emergent technologies and platforms. Grew Android traffic ~300% in first year while managing an open source community. 2010 election special coverage package on m.npr.org spiked traffic ~77% over a 48 hour period. One of the only media companies to have a unique HTML5 browser experience for iPad visitors.
Also contribute occasional blog posts for All Tech Considered. Wrote text pieces for NPR's technology blog covering digital gaming and the eSports movement.

Concieved and executed a Multimedia Experience examining the education gap facing Hispanic students in the U.S. In parallel, developed a "lean-forward" annotated video player with embedded auxillary resources and a tool to help others make similiar experiences.

Developed web solutions for media partners such as Gannett and the Arizona Republic. Projects included a self-moderated commenting system, a content API, and a temporary mobile social network based on augmented reality and GPS called Tribes.
